Which purchases this function covers
This function is for consumers who bought NoID Privacy Pro for Windows through the online checkout of our merchant of record. The seller is Sold through Link, LLC (f/k/a Lemon Squeezy, LLC), 222 South Main Street, Suite 500, Salt Lake City, Utah 84101, USA. NoID Privacy operates this withdrawal function on its website, acknowledges receipt of your statement without undue delay and forwards it to the seller immediately.
Your order number is in the Lemon Squeezy receipt email and under My Orders at Lemon Squeezy. If you do not have it to hand, the email address you used for the purchase is sufficient.
Android app: purchases of NoID Privacy for Android are made through Google Play. Withdrawals and refunds for those purchases follow the Google Play terms shown at purchase: use the refund request in Google Play or write to refund@noid-privacy.com.

We have forwarded your statement to the seller. The refund is made to the original means of payment no later than 14 days after receipt of your withdrawal; your license key is deactivated after the refund.
What happens next
- • You receive an automatic acknowledgement of receipt by email with the content of your statement and the date and time of receipt (§ 356a (4) BGB).
- • NoID Privacy forwards your statement to the seller, Sold through Link, LLC, immediately.
- • The seller refunds all payments received to the original means of payment no later than 14 days after receipt of your withdrawal. Your license key is deactivated after the refund.
- • NoID Privacy’s voluntary 14-day money-back promise is honored through the same statement; you do not need to submit anything else.
- • Statements submitted after the 14-day withdrawal period are still accepted, forwarded and assessed individually. The function never blocks a submission.
